2021 - 2024: Master's Degree in Management, specialising in Management Strategies and Policies, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, "Dunarea de Jos" University, Galati,  Romania.

With over 25 years of experience in a corporate environment, she joined the Enzymology Department team in 2015, actively contributing to the success of both ongoing projects and the entire team. She has successfully streamlined administrative processes, minimizing bureaucracy for researchers and freeing up their time to focus on what truly matters: scientific progress. Over time, she has become the department’s administrative and financial memory - a true "document detective," always detail-oriented, adept at unraveling the most complex bureaucratic situations, and providing efficient solutions. Through her efforts, she has helped create a more organized and functional environment, ensuring the smooth operation of research activities.
